The Future of Mobile Transportation

Pompano Beach, FL - Helixis Technology Corp and HerculE-Q today announced a strategic partnership to co-develop PWR-ARC™, a trust-governed wireless energy network that merges power distribution, machine identity, and real-time policy enforcement into one intelligent platform.

PWR-ARC™ is not just a charging system - it's the first physical proof-of-concept of Helixis Technology's Autonomous Trust Infrastructure (ATI). The project demonstrates how machines can access, share, and verify energy through transparent, rule-based logic that prevents unauthorized use while promoting equitable distribution.

"As more machines plug into shared infrastructure, energy access becomes a question of trust," said Twyla Jackson, Founder and Operating Visionary of Helixis Technology. "PWR-ARC™ shows how autonomy can earn that trust - by enforcing who, what, and how energy can be drawn from the grid."

At the heart of PWR-ARC™ is Helixis' ATI Stack, integrating modules such as Cygyl⁹™ for cryptographic identity, HALO9™ for policy compliance, and Loom™ for orchestration and auditing. Each participating device or vehicle is verified through a unique digital credential before energy transfer begins, ensuring machines cannot take power without authorization or accountability. Every transaction is logged to the Loom Ledger™, creating a traceable record that supports billing, energy audits, and machine behavior analysis.

This architecture protects against energy theft, spoofed identities, or untrusted devices - challenges that will grow as autonomous fleets expand. Through this framework, PWR-ARC™ proves that energy infrastructure can be both open and secure, balancing innovation with civic oversight.

HerculE-Q, founded by Hannah LaCon, a NASA Technology Transfer alumna and Hampton University graduate, provides the advanced inductive hardware foundation through its Q-BOX™ technology. Helixis, also a NASA T2X alumnus and NVIDIA Inception Program member, delivers the governance and simulation layers that transform hardware into trust infrastructure.

PWR-ARC™ pilots will begin with micromobility and drone-charging corridors on college campuses and innovation districts, testing how authenticated power exchange can function at scale. The system will later expand into smart-city grids and logistics environments - proving that clean energy access, machine security, and civic fairness can coexist.

"PWR-ARC™ is where the physical and digital layers of trust meet," Jackson added. "It's the first system that ensures energy is not just transferred - it's governed."
